Store Application
The Store, powered by the PayPal Shopping Cart, allows Admins to create Store Items, whcih can be added to a PayPal Shopping Cart, so people can buy items on your social network!
FEATURES
The store has a few functions:
- index - displays the items in the store
- create - create new items (admins only)
- update - update the items in the store (admins only)
- delete - delete store item (admins only)
Image: created automatically from the first image added to the details page. If nothing is added
Details: details on the item. You can add pictures, documents to this section.
Currency: choose from a list of currencies
PayPal: your PayPal account login. (NB: its best to use the same Paypal account for all items)
Options: if you have multiple sizes for t-shirts
Cool things about this page - the details page accepts images, and we use the first image added to the details section as the item image.
Adding content to the front page
To add content to the front page, follow these steps
Through Manage -> Analytics, add the following line to your Analytics box:
<script type="text/javascript" src ="/mods/store/js"></script>
Then create a text box to the front page through your Manage tab. Within the text box you just need to add the following line:
<div id="ningmods_store">Store </div>
and the latest 5 items will be added automatically with Javascript!

Through Manage -> Analytics, add the following line to your Analytics box:

Then create a text box to the front page through your Manage tab. Within the text box you just need to add the following line: <div id="ningmods_store">Store</div> and the latest 5 items will be added automatically with Javascript!
